Return Process

  1. Contact us first - Email us before returning any item

  2. Obtain return authorisation - We'll provide return instructions and reference number

  3. Package securely - Use original packaging where possible; ensure adequate protection

  4. Return shipping - Customer responsible for return postage costs unless item is faulty

Refund Conditions

Full Refund Available When:

  • Item returned in original, undamaged condition

  • All original packaging and accessories included

  • Returned within 30-day period

Partial Refund May Apply When:

  • Item shows damage beyond reasonable inspection wear

  • Missing accessories or packaging

  • Signs of installation attempts without following our guidance

Damage Assessment:

  • We reserve the right to inspect returned items

  • Reasonable costs for repair/replacement of customer-caused damage will be deducted

What Constitutes Damage

Chargeable Damage:

Refund Processing

  • Refunds processed within 5-7 working days of receiving returned item

Faulty Items
